About Marcy — Full Bio

Marcy Renken is a keynote speaker, leadership program facilitator, and creator of the Exceptional Outcomes Model™. She helps organizations unlock the performance already on their team. Her work is built on one belief: the results organizations want are already in the room.

Her path to this work is anything but ordinary. She served as an Army Bugler and deployed to Iraq. She sat by her son’s bedside while he lay in a medically induced coma from a severe traumatic brain injury. She didn’t build her framework from a textbook. She built it from a lifetime of showing up in difficult situations. Marcy delivers keynotes and leadership programs that don’t just inspire. They change how leaders show up the next day.

Marcy has worked with organizations including Indiana Members Credit Union, Butler University, and INSPIREsmall.biz. Her first book, Blasting Burnout: What Top Talent Needs (and How to Give It to Them), is forthcoming Summer 2026.

Based in Columbus, Indiana, Marcy speaks nationally to organizations in healthcare, education, and corporate leadership.
